I grew up watching my family take ginseng every morning. It is what we have done for generations in Korea. My parents are typical hardworking Korean parents. Up at 5:30 in the morning. Raising children, serving their community, and working until midnight. Every single day.

 

When I reached the same stage of life, busy and juggling my own, I needed steady ground because caffeine and multiple vitamins stopped fixing the exhaustion. I went back to what my family always knew. But I wanted it simpler. No mystery ingredients. No complicated routine.
