Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our facility in the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Orders $50 and above: Free standard shipping. Orders under $50: Flat rate $4.99.
Shipping is available in United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@ginsegold.com.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at support@ginsegold.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. Once a shipping label has been created, address changes are no longer possible.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the final drop off.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@ginsegold.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@ginsegold.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Do not consume any product from a damaged or compromised package. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
