Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30 Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted.

To qualify for a return: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return due to the nature of ingestible products.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@ginsegold.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@ginsegold.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at support@ginsegold.com.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived, check with neighbors or building management first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
